District Manager – Sharqia

About the role

The District Manager will lead sales operations for Pharco Corporation in the Sharqia district. You will supervise a team of Medical Representatives, drive market share growth, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and increase market share within the district.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop the sales team through field visits.
• Prioritize tasks, schedule activities, and set clear goals to maximise team productivity.
• Manage territory through market segmentation and effective resource allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Oversee the district budget, including sales expenses and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, including managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the therapeutic area relevant to the company’s products.
