Driver Recruiter – Full‑time, New Cairo

About the role

TUT is seeking a full‑time Driver Recruiter to join its on‑site team in New Cairo. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding qualified drivers for the company’s all‑electric vehicle fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage job postings for driver positions.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate background checks.
• Ensure all compliance documentation meets DOT and transportation regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with drivers, supporting onboarding and orientation.
• Develop and implement driver retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and HR to forecast staffing needs.
• Contribute to a safety‑focused culture across the fleet.

Required profile

• Proven hiring skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting drivers.
• Experience in driver retention and relationship building.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo and manage multiple hiring processes under tight timelines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar HR software.
