Early Years Homeroom Teacher (August 2026)

About the role

Scholars International Language School is looking for a dynamic and passionate Early Years Homeroom Teacher to join its team in August 2026. The teacher will foster a love of learning among young learners and create a supportive, stimulating classroom environment. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess and support each child's learning and development.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers to support children's progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality early years provision.
• Take part in continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Promote children's personal, social and emotional development, independence and positive behaviour.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a teaching qualification is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years educational practices.
• Dedication to creating an inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of all learners.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students and engage them in learning.
