E‑Commerce Specialist – Build & Scale Online Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Specialist to join our fast‑growing fashion retail team. You will own the end‑to‑end development of our online store, from platform setup to daily operations, ensuring a seamless and premium shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup, launch, and day‑to‑day management of the e‑commerce platform.
• Define and execute the overall e‑commerce strategy to drive online sales and growth.
• Manage product listings, collections, pricing, inventory, and content updates.
• Coordinate product photography, descriptions, and merchandising.
• Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates.
• Plan and run online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Integrate payment gateways, shipping providers, ERP, and inventory systems.
• Monitor analytics, sales performance, customer behavior, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
• Improve SEO and support digital marketing initiatives (Meta, Google Ads, email, social commerce).

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of e‑commerce experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Proven track record launching or managing an online store.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics and conversion optimisation.
• Experience managing online merchandising, product catalogs and inventory.
• Data‑driven analytical mindset and solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and own projects from concept to execution.
