Ecommerce Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to own the day‑to‑day operations of an online store and drive commercial growth. You will work across multiple platforms, optimise product listings, run promotions and use data‑driven insights to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes) on Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento.
• Identify friction points in the purchase journey and implement conversion‑rate optimisation initiatives to increase conversion and average order value.
• Set up and manage promotional offers, discount codes, bundles and seasonal campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate fulfilment and maintain accurate inventory data across all sales channels.
• Track store KPIs such as traffic, conversion, revenue and returns using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics or similar tools.
• Maintain store health, manage apps and integrations, and handle day‑to‑day platform administration.
• Implement on‑page SEO for product and category pages and support content updates that drive organic traffic.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years managing an e‑commerce store with direct ownership of performance metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or a comparable platform.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Proven ability to write optimized product copy and structure catalogues for discoverability and conversion.
• Understanding of order management, fulfilment workflows and third‑party logistics integrations.
• High attention to detail in pricing, inventory data and listing quality across a large product catalogue.
