Egypt Forex Country Manager

About the role

The Egypt Forex Country Manager will lead DB Investing’s expansion in the Egyptian market. Reporting to regional leadership, you will drive sales, build a network of Introducing Brokers, and ensure regulatory compliance while representing the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑entry and growth strategies to increase market share in Egypt.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire high‑net‑worth and institutional clients, and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, onboard and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to strengthen distribution channels.
• Build, coach and manage a local sales and business‑development team.
• Ensure all activities comply with Egyptian regulatory requirements.
• Promote DB Investing’s brand through events, networking and market discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior role with a forex broker.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Extensive network of clients and IBs in the FX industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Cairo and able to work from the office.
