Embedded Software Engineer (Junior to Senior)

About the role

We are looking for passionate Embedded Software Engineers, from junior to senior, to develop firmware and middleware for demanding sectors such as automotive, heavy‑truck, data‑center and energy‑storage systems. You will work deep in the code‑base where every byte counts and design decisions have long‑term impact. 🚀

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain low‑level C firmware for various MCU families.
• Develop and integrate device drivers to communicate with hardware peripherals.
• Select and apply appropriate communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN) based on system requirements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure clean architecture, abstraction layers and SOLID design principles.
• Debug complex edge cases, perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer & Systems Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with embedded C programming and hardware‑aware code.
• Demonstrated ability to work on real projects – academic, freelance or personal – that involve device drivers and MCU development.
• Curiosity, commitment and a willingness to learn and own your work.
