About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join our back‑office team supporting the Freezone UAE account. The role is based in Abbassia, Cairo and involves handling administrative tasks with high accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Process back‑office tasks related to the Freezone UAE account.
- Review and update customer and account information.
- Perform data entry and maintain records according to company procedures.
- Follow up on requests and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Required profile
- English level B1/B1+.
- Graduate degree.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Required skills
- Data entry.
- Computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
What we offer
- Salary: 13,000 EGP net per month.
- 9‑hour workday including breaks.
- Rotational shifts with paid training period.
