About the role

SYE English Community is seeking enthusiastic English Instructors to join its growing network of branches and online classrooms. You will deliver engaging English lessons, design customized lesson plans, and support learners in achieving fluency and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interactive English language classes for young adults and adults.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learner needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to maintain high teaching standards.
• Maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching English to young adults or adults.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus.
