English & Soft Skills Trainer

About the role

Guidee Academy is seeking a full‑time English & Soft Skills Trainer to join its on‑site team in Cairo. You will lead interactive sessions that improve learners' English proficiency and develop essential interpersonal abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging English language lessons covering grammar, conversation, and pronunciation.
• Facilitate soft‑skills workshops on communication, presentation, teamwork, and problem‑solving.
• Prepare course materials, training modules, and assessment tools.
• Conduct learner assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual and group needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in English language instruction.
• Expertise in training soft skills such as communication and teamwork.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Prior teaching or training experience (advantageous).
