About the role

We are looking for an English-speaking Travel Agent to join our on-site team in Cairo. The role combines customer service, travel booking and sales to create seamless travel experiences for individuals and groups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage travel arrangements and book reservations for flights, hotels and car rentals.
• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Promote and sell travel packages, upselling additional services to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor itineraries that match their preferences and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records using travel management and booking platforms.

Required profile

• Proficiency in handling reservations, travel arrangements and car‑rental services.
• Strong customer-service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Sales aptitude for promoting travel packages and upselling services.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in travel or hospitality is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
