English Teacher

About the role

Saint Fatima School is seeking a full‑time English Teacher to join its faculty in Nasr City, Egypt. The successful candidate will deliver engaging English language instruction to primary and/or secondary students, contributing to the school’s commitment to academic excellence and character development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver curriculum‑aligned English lessons.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests and observations, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers on interdisciplinary projects and school initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a related field; teaching certification or diploma preferred.
• Proven experience teaching English in a school setting, preferably at primary or secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage learners.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory teaching practices and continuous professional growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency in lesson planning and learner‑centered instructional design.
• Effective communication skills for instruction and collaboration.
• Familiarity with basic educational technology tools for teaching and assessment.
