About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in real estate sales. You will help clients find properties that match their needs while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying and selecting suitable properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal team members.
• Negotiate deals and support the closing process.
• Stay updated on market trends, new listings, and project developments.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop sales techniques and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic experience or knowledge of sales or brokerage processes.
• Genuine interest in the real estate sector and willingness to develop market expertise.
• Openness to structured training and continuous learning.
• Professional, collaborative mindset with good interpersonal skills.
