About the role

We are looking for a fresh‑graduate Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our Cairo office. You will help clients find their ideal properties, leveraging comprehensive training and a client‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate deals and support the closing process.
• Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales or brokerage concepts.
• Genuine interest in the real‑estate sector and willingness to develop market expertise.
• Openness to structured training programs.
• Professional, team‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field preferred but not mandatory.
