About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level Sales Agent to join our team at The Address Investments in New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in real‑estate sales and develop strong customer‑facing skills. The role offers a dynamic environment where you will gain hands‑on experience in property marketing, client relationship management, and sales negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with prospective buyers and guide them through our property portfolio.
• Provide timely and professional customer service, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Support senior sales staff in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
• Assist in tracking leads, updating the CRM system, and reporting daily sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivation to learn sales techniques and management practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior exposure to the real‑estate sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
