ERP Specialist – Accounting Focus

About the role

The ERP Specialist (accountant) will act as the main liaison between Softex and its customers, ensuring successful ERP implementation and ongoing support for accounting functions. You will combine technical know‑how with accounting expertise to help clients get the most out of the system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for customers across communications, e‑commerce and ERP modules.
• Track open issues, keep customers informed of status, and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and deliver training materials, presentations and user guides for end‑users.
• Serve as the primary contact during implementation, guiding clients through system setup and functionality.
• Follow up post‑implementation to verify solution effectiveness.
• Communicate recurring issues to product management and help prioritize enhancements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver successful product presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).
• 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Residence near Nasr City, Cairo.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
