ESL Instructor for Online Academy (Saudi Students)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate English Instructor to join our online academy that serves Saudi students. The role combines student onboarding, teaching, curriculum development, and occasional marketing support to deliver a high‑quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Attend the first trial session for each new student and conduct orientation.
• Supervise placement tests to assess student proficiency.
• Assist in developing and updating course materials and lesson plans based on feedback.
• Lead regular 1‑on‑1 or group speaking practice sessions to boost fluency and confidence.
• Coordinate sessions between students and non‑Egyptian instructors, ensuring alignment and tracking progress.
• Participate in creating marketing videos, including student testimonials and course highlights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in academics, training, or education coordination.
• Strong English communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable on camera and able to produce video content.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
