About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a team of attorneys in Alexandria. The role requires excellent bilingual communication in English and Arabic and strong organizational abilities to ensure smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and format letters, memos, emails, court documents and case citations.
- Maintain attorneys’ calendars, schedule meetings and manage travel arrangements.
- Organize physical and electronic files, including e‑filing of legal documents.
- Handle incoming mail, manage email correspondence and support overall office organization.
- Compile and submit expense reports for attorneys.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
