About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support a team of attorneys in Alexandria. The role requires excellent bilingual communication in English and Arabic and strong organizational abilities to ensure smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and format letters, memos, emails, court documents and case citations.
  • Maintain attorneys’ calendars, schedule meetings and manage travel arrangements.
  • Organize physical and electronic files, including e‑filing of legal documents.
  • Handle incoming mail, manage email correspondence and support overall office organization.
  • Compile and submit expense reports for attorneys.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
