About the role
This full‑time, onsite position supports the Managing Director, CFO and senior leadership team by handling all administrative and coordination tasks. The role ensures smooth daily operations, effective meeting management and seamless travel logistics for the executive suite.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule monthly leadership reviews and resolve conflicts proactively.
- Coordinate meetings for the MD, CFO and other executives with internal and external stakeholders across time zones.
- Prepare expense reports, travel itineraries, and logistics for external leadership visits.
- Act as primary liaison between executives, employees, distributors, government officials and other partners.
- Organise Board of Directors and Shareholder meetings, compile reports and presentations.
- Maintain the organizational chart for leadership and finance teams.
- Support employee‑engagement initiatives, diversity meetings and off‑site events.
- Track meeting minutes, action items and follow‑up tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
- Strong business‑level English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work independently with discretion and high professionalism.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating system.
- Outlook for calendar and email management.
- Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
- MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint for document creation and reporting.
