Export Manager – B2C & B2B

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for an Export Manager to grow its export business in the Gulf and Africa, focusing on fast-moving consumer goods, food and beverages. The role covers market strategy, B2C and B2B sales, export operations, logistics and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Market research and strategy: identify high-potential countries, consumer trends and sales channels, and build an export business plan and sales strategy.
• B2C channel development: launch sales through key B2C channels, explore D2C models, and manage online listings, pricing and promotions.
• B2B business development: find and partner with distributors, wholesalers and retailers, negotiating terms, pricing and volumes.
• Sales and operations: run the full export sales cycle, handle pricing, quotations and proforma invoices, and act as main contact for international clients.
• Logistics and compliance: manage export logistics and the supply chain, and prepare accurate export documents such as Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading/AWB.
• Payments and reporting: track international payments (e.g. Letter of Credit, Telegraphic Transfer), manage the export budget, and report regularly to the CEO on sales, pipeline and market insights.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of proven success in export sales or international business development.
• Strong network in the Gulf (GCC) and/or African markets; experience with both B2C and B2B sales; e-commerce export experience is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently or in a small team with a hands-on approach.
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
