Facility Management Supervisor

About the role

noon, the leading consumer commerce platform in the Middle East, is seeking a Facility Management Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across its facilities. The role ensures effective execution of work orders, tracks maintenance performance, and manages technician KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, MHE, Automation and Fire Fighting systems.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Record, track and follow up all breakdowns and work orders, ensuring proper documentation and timely ticket closure.
• Monitor technician performance metrics such as response time, closure time and repeat failures, and report daily/weekly summaries.
• Coordinate with technicians, the Assistant Manager and external vendors, and support audit and inspection readiness.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering or a technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Strong hands‑on troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with HVAC, Electrical and Mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage teams and daily operations.
