Factory HR Business Partner

About the role

Mars is looking for a People & Organization (P&O) Business Partner for its factory site in Cairo. You will execute the P&O agenda at the site, acting as a point of contact for associates and line managers and delivering day-to-day HR partnership across the associate lifecycle. The role works closely with site leadership, people managers and the wider P&O team to promote a "one Mars" environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive associate engagement initiatives and support action plans that improve the workplace experience and culture
• Support performance management, talent development, career planning and capability-building
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment, including requisitions, interviews, candidate selection and hiring documentation
• Coordinate with Associates Support Services on onboarding and offboarding
• Provide day-to-day P&O guidance and support to associates and line managers
• Resolve associate queries with Payroll, Government Relations, Shared Services and other teams
• Support the implementation of site, local, regional and global P&O programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, local labor requirements and data confidentiality

Required profile

• On-site work at the 6th of October Plant with commuting ability
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or any field
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources or a similar people-focused role
• Preferred: experience supporting employees and managers in a site-based, manufacturing or fast-paced environment
• Preferred: practical experience in engagement, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
• Preferred: strong knowledge of Egypt labor regulations and standard HR practices

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
• Comfort with HR systems, data and administrative processes
• Agility and resilience in a matrix organization, handling sensitive matters professionally
