Fairmont Gold Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Fairmont Gold Manager to lead the luxury Fairmont Gold experience at our prestigious hotel in Cairo. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, overseeing all Gold‑level amenities, and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Fairmont Gold operations in line with brand standards and service procedures.
• Develop and implement a service and leadership philosophy that ensures consistent excellence.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain positive guest relations.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all Gold work areas.
• Track and forecast daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy levels and adjust departmental planning.
• Prepare weekly work schedules, manage staff attendance, and adjust staffing to meet business demands.
• Conduct pre‑shift meetings, inspect staff grooming, and provide performance feedback.
• Oversee check‑in/check‑out processes and ensure guest requests are addressed within 15‑20 minutes.
• Screen, interview, hire, and train Fairmont Gold team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hotel operations and team leadership.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, including scheduling and occupancy forecasting.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and brand consistency.
