F&B Marketing Manager

About the role

Accor is looking for a dynamic F&B Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and branding of all food and beverage outlets in Cairo. This senior‑level position will have a direct impact on revenue, occupancy and overall profitability of the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies for each F&B concept, defining unique positioning within the portfolio.
• Plan and launch online and offline campaigns, including social media, PR, influencer collaborations, events and traditional advertising.
• Drive traffic and revenue through seasonal promotions, themed brunches and special‑event programming.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership on pricing, conversion optimisation and revenue‑management initiatives.
• Produce compelling content and storytelling that reinforces a cohesive brand identity.
• Monitor campaign performance, traffic metrics and ROI, turning data insights into actionable decisions.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and vendors to ensure quality execution and cost efficiency.
• Stay updated on gastronomy trends and local market dynamics in Cairo.

Required profile

• Proven experience in F&B marketing, preferably within a luxury hotel, premium restaurant group or lifestyle agency.
• Track record of delivering marketing strategies that generate measurable revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with culinary, operations and external partners.
