FF&E Specialist (Junior to Senior)

About the role

The FF&E Specialist will lead the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting, sanitary items, and related materials for interior design projects. You will work closely with design teams to ensure that every selection aligns with the client’s vision, project budget, and timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the selection of materials, sanitary fixtures, lighting, and all equipment required for each project.
• Oversee furniture, accessories, and decorative lighting selections, creating detailed specifications and material mood boards.
• Collaborate with design teams to guarantee alignment with client expectations and project aesthetics.
• Conduct market research to source high‑quality products and reliable vendors.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient procurement and cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FF&E procurement and coordination.
• Strong eye for design, excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design software: Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
