Field Force Trainer

About the role

The Field Force Trainer will design and deliver training programmes for our pharmaceutical field teams across several governorates. You will work closely with field force management to ensure that representatives are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a monthly field training plan in coordination with field force management.
• Conduct regular coaching visits in the field (approximately 70% of time).
• Provide written feedback and actionable development steps to field staff and line managers.
• Maintain training needs assessments and ensure individual development plans are completed.
• Co‑deliver soft‑skills training for Medical Representatives and Field Line Managers.
• Assist in creating new training modules based on field communications.
• Ensure business activities comply with HPG policies, procedures and values.
• Utilise virtual training tools to engage participants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, veterinary medicine or a related scientific field.
• Experience as a District Manager or Senior Medical Representative.
• Ability to travel across the specified regions with the agreed frequency.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom for virtual training sessions.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
