First Mile Hub Supervisor – Banha

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented First Mile Hub Supervisor to manage daily operations at our Banha hub. You will ensure parcels flow smoothly from merchants into our network, maintain service quality, and lead a team toward operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise first‑mile hub activities, guaranteeing accurate receipt, sorting, and dispatch of parcels.
• Lead, coach, and support hub agents, loaders, and drivers to meet daily targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as intake accuracy, productivity, dispatch timelines, and SLA adherence.
• Ensure proper scanning, labeling, and documentation for parcel visibility.
• Coordinate handovers with line‑haul and last‑mile teams.
• Implement health, safety, and compliance standards within the hub.
• Optimize staff, equipment, and space to handle volume efficiently.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and conduct daily shift briefings.
• Generate reports and highlight improvement areas for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–4 years of logistics/warehouse/hub experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage high‑volume operations and flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
