Fixed Partner Management Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Fixed Partner Management Specialist to lead the governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise resource dashboards and reports. You will work across business, technology, and data teams to ensure data integrity, drive enhancements, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own the governance framework for enterprise resource dashboards, ensuring consistency and compliance with standards.
• Define project scope, objectives and priorities; coordinate requirements gathering with business and technical stakeholders.
• Perform data and performance analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Drive enhancements to dashboards and reports to improve visibility, usability and decision‑making.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide end‑to‑end project management for multiple business units, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Align with Marketing and Sales to track revenue targets and support mega‑project initiatives.
• Maintain clear documentation, governance logs and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in governance of reporting solutions and dashboard management.
• Strong project management background with ability to define scope, manage risks and deliver on schedule.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess data quality and identify improvement areas.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Focus on revenue management and alignment with commercial objectives.
