About the role
The Founder’s Office & Executive Coordination Associate will work directly with the Founder of HARTH, a premium tea and botanical brand, supporting daily operations, strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects. This full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo requires a highly organised, proactive professional who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day operational and administrative activities across the business.
- Manage the Founder’s schedule, meetings, follow‑ups and internal communications.
- Track projects, timelines and deliverables across departments, ensuring alignment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, summaries and other operational documents.
- Support supplier, partnership, hospitality and event coordination.
- Assist with execution in retail, sourcing, product development and brand operations.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- High level of discretion, responsiveness and problem‑solving capability.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Previous experience in executive coordination, founder’s office, operations or related administrative roles.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with organisational or project‑management tools.
