Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter positions
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from screening to placement
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure rapid, high‑quality delivery
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for continuous hiring demand

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume sourcing and recruitment
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Strong communication and candidate management abilities
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
