About the role
TTEC is looking for a French‑speaking Sales Team Leader to join its customer experience hub in Cairo. In this position you will guide a team of associates, ensuring they deliver high‑quality service while meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and coach a French‑speaking sales team, addressing daily questions, issues and escalations.
- Monitor attendance, manage absences and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate training on new products, services and processes.
- Motivate the team to achieve client and company goals and support career development.
- Maintain accurate reporting and provide constructive feedback.
Required profile
- Fluent French language skills.
- Experience in coaching, quality assurance or team leadership.
- Associate degree, technical school qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Strong performance‑driven mindset and customer‑focused attitude.
