About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our Cairo office. You will help clients discover their ideal properties, leveraging our extensive portfolio across Egypt and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and present suitable property options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate deals and support the closing process.
• Stay informed on market trends, new listings, and project updates.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic experience or knowledge of sales or brokerage.
• Strong interest in the real estate sector and willingness to develop market expertise.
• Openness to structured training programs.
• Team‑oriented mindset with professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field preferred (not mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
