About the role
We are looking for a Front Desk Representative to deliver an exceptional guest experience at our hotel. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check‑in/check‑out, and ensuring all guest needs are met in line with Lemon Spaces standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests professionally and create a warm first impression.
- Efficiently manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Verify payment methods and accurately record guest data.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of room types, rates, availability, and promotions.
- Assist guests with information about facilities and local points of interest.
- Assign rooms, inform guests of services and offers, and update reservation systems.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest communications (messages, emails) accurately and timely.
- Ensure billing processes follow company standards.
- Act as liaison between guests and external service providers.
- Maintain daily logbooks and ensure proper shift handovers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑service orientation with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
