About the role
The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for visitors, patients and partners at MedValley’s Cairo office. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, patients and partners in a courteous manner.
- Answer, route and manage multi‑line phone calls, taking clear messages.
- Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, collect and verify basic information.
- Schedule, confirm and modify appointments or reservations.
- Maintain an organized reception area and visitor logs.
- Perform filing, data entry and record‑updating tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth front‑office operations.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a solutions‑focused attitude.
- Professional phone etiquette and experience managing multi‑line systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration, hospitality or healthcare is a plus.
- Prior experience in healthcare or hospitality environments is advantageous.
