Frontend Lead – React Native

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead with deep expertise in React Native to drive the development of high‑quality mobile applications for our digital banking platform. The role combines hands‑on coding, architectural design, and team leadership to deliver scalable, user‑centric experiences on both iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the frontend/mobile engineering team.
• Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain React Native applications and reusable components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences.
• Integrate APIs with backend services and ensure robust data handling.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical planning, and code reviews.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain application stability.

Required profile

• 9+ years of experience in frontend or mobile development.
• 2+ years of experience leading frontend or mobile teams.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Analytical problem‑solving ability and a focus on quality.
