Full Stack Engineer – Java & Angular

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable web applications that power our clients’ digital transformation. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality front‑end and back‑end solutions using Java, Spring Boot and Angular.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive front‑end components with Angular.
• Design, implement and optimise back‑end services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for data exchange.
• Manage relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers and DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
