About the role
Nexus Analytica is seeking a motivated Full-Stack QA Engineer to ensure software quality across its digital solutions for the energy sector. The role combines manual and automated testing throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements refinement to deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for regression and performance testing.
- Perform thorough manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and user interfaces.
- Identify, record, and track defects through resolution using bug tracking systems.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Participate in agile development processes, providing input during planning and review.
- Analyse test results and generate detailed reports on software quality and system performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer with manual and automation testing.
- Solid experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java).
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (not essential).
