Full Stack Web Developer (HubSpot CMS) – Contract

About the role

We are redesigning our corporate website and need an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to lead the technical build on HubSpot CMS. This contract position will work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to turn Figma designs into a fast, scalable, and SEO‑optimized site.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the HubSpot website (build, QA, launch).
• Translate Figma mock‑ups into clean, responsive, production‑ready code.
• Develop reusable modules, templates, and components using HubL.
• Implement dynamic content, smart rules, and personalization.
• Integrate key tools such as CRM, forms, analytics, events, and tracking.
• Set up technical SEO structures (URLs, schema, redirects, performance).
• Optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals from the ground up.
• Manage staging, QA, and deployment with minimal oversight.
• Support structured content migration from the existing site.
• Troubleshoot post‑launch issues and ensure site stability.
• Produce clear documentation for handover.

Required profile

• 10+ years of full‑stack web development experience.
• Proven track record delivering complete website builds on HubSpot CMS.
• Strong front‑end skills: HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep knowledge of HubL, custom modules, and theme development.
• Experience integrating third‑party tools and APIs.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and maintain high QA standards.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Cursor) and a pragmatic approach to AI.
