About the role

Engineered Alchemy is seeking talented game programmers to join our engineering team. You will work on a variety of platforms—including mobile, console, and PC—solving challenging technical problems for our partners.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain game systems using C++ and C#.
Work with legacy code, port projects between engines, and optimise performance.
Design and improve graphics pipelines and backend services.
Collaborate with technical leadership to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

At least 3 years of experience in the games industry.
Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to tackle diverse challenges.
Strong engineering mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Excellent English communication skills.
