About the role
The General Cashier supports Four Seasons’ Cairo hotel by managing daily cash operations and ensuring accurate financial transactions. This position plays a key role in maintaining the hotel’s cash flow and supporting timely payments for goods and services.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile cash balances on a daily basis and balance the main cash float.
- Process and record petty cash transactions in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Perform routine accounting tasks to guarantee prompt payment of invoices.
- Handle all payments for goods and services provided to the hotel.
- Maintain comprehensive accounts payable records and documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cash handling and basic accounting within a hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record‑keeping.
- Ability to follow established procedures and meet payment deadlines.
