General Manager – E‑Commerce Fitness Apparel (Remote)

About the role

Qynda, a fast‑growing fitness apparel brand, is looking for a General Manager to lead and scale its end‑to‑end business operations. This remote position will oversee e‑commerce, brand, performance marketing and supply‑chain functions, driving profitable growth and strong brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility and set revenue targets across GCC markets.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, including new B2B channels, partnerships and influencer collaborations.
• Oversee website performance, UX, conversion optimisation and paid‑media strategy (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Define brand positioning, lead content, influencer and social‑media strategy, and align campaigns with product launches.
• Collaborate on product selection, pricing, inventory planning and margin optimisation.
• Manage end‑to‑end operations: inventory, warehousing, fulfillment and vendor relationships.
• Build and lead remote cross‑functional teams, set KPIs and foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 7‑12+ years of experience in e‑commerce, D2C or digital retail, preferably in the fitness/athleisure sector.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and scaling revenue in GCC or similar markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify new revenue streams.
• Experience managing remote teams and driving operational excellence.
