German-Speaking Business Development Representative

About the role

It is seeking a high-energy, bilingual Business Development Representative to drive the sales pipeline in the German market, turning cold leads into qualified opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound cold calls daily to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Manage the full early-stage sales cycle, from prospecting to closing discovery meetings.
• Communicate fluently in German and English to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Navigate gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers within target accounts.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to track lead progress and sales activity.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine outreach strategies and hit monthly targets.

Required profile

• Native or professional fluency in German (written and verbal).
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
• Strong closing skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.
• Resilient mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Nice to have: previous experience selling Tech or SaaS solutions; familiarity with modern sales engagement tools and CRM software; proactive approach to career development and sales training.
