Global Procurement Associate Analyst

About the role

The Global Procurement Associate Analyst will join the R2P Team to manage tactical buying processes across the EMEA region. You will support day‑to‑day procurement operations, ensure compliance with policies, and drive continuous improvement in the P2P workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Operate local tactical procurement operations for multiple EMEA markets.
• Execute standardized tactical buying processes using the myBUY system, including quotation, negotiation, tender summary, and savings calculation.
• Identify potential vendors, obtain quotes, and perform quality and compliance checks on purchase requisitions.
• Monitor supplier performance, benchmark costs, and develop initiatives to reduce expenses.
• Support the myBUY automation agenda and act as a key user and trainer for stakeholders.
• Manage indirect procurement categories such as MAKE, IT&PS, MOVE, CAPEX, and A&M.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources to meet project procurement timelines.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of end‑to‑end procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English; French is required.

Required skills

• ERP systems experience (SAP, ARIBA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
• Experience using the myBUY tactical buying tool.
