Mechanical Production Engineer

About the role

Cubii for Industrial Solutions, a leading industrial engineering company in Egypt, is looking for a Mechanical Production Engineer to support its packaging machinery production lines. The role focuses on supervising manufacturing processes, coordinating workshop teams, and ensuring that production meets design specifications and quality standards. You will work closely with the CNC, fabrication and assembly teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain safety compliance on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor manufacturing and machining operations to meet production targets.
• Coordinate daily activities of CNC, fabrication, and assembly teams.
• Ensure production plans are executed according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and production issues on the shop floor.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
