Grape Sector Manager

About the role

The Grape Sector Manager will lead all aspects of grape cultivation on a full‑time, on‑site basis. This position is responsible for driving high‑quality yields, optimizing resource use, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee grape cultivation practices and manage production cycles.
• Develop and implement farming strategies to maximize productivity.
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, fertilization programs, and pest‑disease control measures.
• Supervise farm teams, schedule work, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyze production data, prepare operational reports, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and quality standards such as GLOBAL GAP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Significant experience managing large‑scale agricultural or vineyard operations.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
