Growth Marketing & Community Manager

About the role

SQORI is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and target‑driven Growth Marketing & Community Manager to own the brand’s social media presence, build an engaged user community, and drive app downloads, paid subscriptions, and overall market growth in the education and AI space.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage monthly content calendars across all social platforms.
• Produce creative posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, and educational campaigns that align with SQORI’s tone of voice.
• Publish content consistently, write compelling captions and calls‑to‑action, and optimize for engagement, reach, shares, comments, and saves.
• Design growth funnels that convert followers into app users, activate users, and turn them into paying subscribers.
• Support subscription sales campaigns, generate qualified leads from schools, teachers, parents, and education partners, and follow up as needed.
• Develop upselling, renewal, and reactivation campaigns to increase monthly recurring revenue.
• Track conversion metrics from views to downloads, sign‑ups, active users, and paid subscriptions.
• Build retention and reactivation strategies to boost daily and monthly active users.
