Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

The Growth Marketing Lead will own the end‑to‑end marketing and growth function, shaping product positioning, messaging, content strategy, and demand‑generation campaigns. This role translates customer insights, market opportunities, and performance data into strategies that drive awareness, engagement, qualified demand, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, budget, and allocate resources for marketing initiatives, setting annual, quarterly, and monthly priorities.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for target segments.
• Design and maintain a content roadmap, creating themes, campaigns, and editorial priorities.
• Plan, launch, and optimise acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Analyse performance metrics across acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Lead internal marketing resources and external vendors, ensuring cross‑functional alignment with sales, product, and creative teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience designing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS companies.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi/GCC market.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
