Growth Specialist

About the role

Lucidya is seeking a Growth Specialist to build and run the demand‑generation engine that fuels enterprise pipeline. You will work hands‑on within the Performance Marketing team, leveraging modern tooling and AI to turn paid and outbound channels into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Own demand‑generation targets across paid and outbound channels and continuously optimise to meet lead and pipeline goals.
• Support the Senior B2B Media Manager in building, launching, monitoring and optimising paid media on Google, LinkedIn and Meta, including audience creation, budget management, negative keywords and creative testing.
• Design and execute outbound programs via email and LinkedIn using enrichment, buyer signals and AI‑driven personalisation.
• Maintain target audiences and contact lists with enrichment and intent data.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations in HubSpot (workflows, lead routing, lifecycle stages, list hygiene and deliverability).
• Collaborate with content and web teams to create and optimise landing pages, conversion paths and run A/B tests.
• Track and report funnel performance metrics (cost per lead, cost per acquisition, MQL/SQL conversion, channel ROI) and recommend improvements.
• Deploy AI tools to scale content, personalise outreach and automate repetitive tasks while ensuring data privacy and anti‑spam compliance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, growth or revenue operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience running paid media campaigns and outbound outreach programs.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and iterate quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment and delivering results without waiting for extensive briefs.
