Gym Instructor – Fitness Center

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Gym Instructor to lead group fitness classes and provide personalized training guidance at our fitness center in Cairo. You will create a welcoming, energetic environment that encourages guests of all abilities to achieve their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a variety of group classes such as aerobics, spinning, and strength training.
• Assess individual fitness levels and design customized exercise programs.
• Offer advice on proper equipment use and safe exercise techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑functioning workout area, reporting any equipment issues.
• Respond to emergencies, provide first‑aid assistance, and coordinate with medical services when needed.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure a friendly, professional atmosphere.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar fitness or gym setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with fitness equipment.
• CPR certification.
