Handover Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Handover Engineer to support the Community & Handover team in delivering units to clients. The role works closely with CRM, Technical Office, Legal, Finance and Project Management to ensure units meet standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full handover cycle, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed before unit delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to assess unit status and identify units ready for delivery.
• Prepare detailed inspection and snag‑list reports and coordinate with the PMO to ensure timely closure.
• Verify clients’ financial status and obtain clearance prior to handover.
• Address client comments, feedback and modification requests throughout project phases.
• Monitor and track snag lists, pending issues and missing items to ensure completion.
• Coordinate and follow up on scheduled delivery dates to guarantee timely handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably civil or architecture.
• 1–3 years of experience in a property delivery or handover function.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Precise, organized and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Knowledge of handover processes and snag‑list management.
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards for unit delivery.
